I purchased a new pixel 11 pro XL over a month ago and still haven't received a code. I phoned 150 and s very helpful person sent me a claim form but it was only after the call I realised this was for a "starter pack" I'm not eligible for. Is anyone else having bother or am I just unlucky?

Yeah, that was the offer, bought on the 26th. I'll need to psyche myself
up to listen to the hold music again.

ETA. Yeah, checked spam, guy on the phone was also able to confirm nothing had been sent before finding a solution for the wrong offer lol.

Thanks, none of those exclusions apply. Got SIM, no broadband, not got another gift. Glad I didn't fill out the form the guide sent me. That would have made me ineligible. Good info, thanks.
