This EE guys are really a company from hell and I don’t even get how they are still operating. Did an upgrade to sim only plan which has now kicked in. The plan I chose had Netflix on it which cost £34 per month but now it can’t see any extras in the plan to add to the account. They keep saying I don’t have any extras. I don’t even receive an email when I placed the order for the sim only which makes it worse. Very very very useless company

@Ope2 Have you spoken to customer support? And what is the name of the tariff you’re referring too.

@Ope2 , have you checked your spam/junk folder? It can sometimes end up in there.

Have you checked your add-ons in the app?You would also have to register with Netflix for it to work.

Great to hear you upgraded your plan. As @Chris_B has suggested, if your plan isn't as you were expecting, please get in touch with customer service, by calling 150 from your mobile, where a guide will be able to check and make sure you're on the correct plan and service as agreed.
