Ordered brand new Beats Studio pro headphones but can’t seem to get them working? Followed the set up instructions but lights do not come on. Tried to charge but doesn’t work.
anyone had similar experiences?

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your new headphones.

Just to double check, are you pressing and holding the system button on the right ear cup for one second to turn the headphones on?

Do any lights turn on the headphones when you try turning them on or when you place them on charge?

Thanks for the response.
Unfortunately that link takes you round in circles, either to track order or support with mobile / ee tv / cyber security etc.
I have raised a complaint but concerned about how long this will take to resolve

@Emmagadlin If you added the Beats to your mobile bill as an add to plan you can call us on the 150 option from your EE mobile. If you bought the Beats outright or on EE finance then the best number to call for help is 0800 079 0062.
