Apple Music with AirPods

Hi I recently bought some new AirPods through the shop on my app to add onto my pay monthly plan. The plan is for 24 months with 24 months free Apple Music. I’ve cancelled my paid subscription and I called yesterday to say I hadn’t received my link from you. I was given one but it’s not detecting the subscription with you.

Can you get this resolved for me as so I can get the Apple Music free please / part of my headphones plan.

Hi @Adam1089

If you've cancelled your existing paid Apple Music subscription, the next step is usually to activate the subscription included with your AirPods bundle using the EE activation link.

If the link isn't recognising your EE subscription, it may be because Apple is still associating Apple Music with a previous subscription or Apple ID.

If you previously paid Apple directly or had a different EE bundle, there can sometimes be a delay of up to a few days before Apple's systems recognise that the old subscription has ended, allowing the new EE benefit to link successfully to your Apple ID.

the link still isn’t working and I cancelled my plan last week sometime now.
