150 issue

Hello all,

everytime I text 150 all I get is the prompt menu of what shortcodes I can text. I’m trying to claim my voucher and have to text ‘Nintendo’ to 150 to claim but as shown the prompt menu just pops up. How can I resolve this? I was on the phone for 1h 10m for the customer services to tell me they have now closed!

@ILewis123 : Then obviously NINTENDO is not a keyword recognised by 150. Where are the instructions for whatever claim you are trying to make?

Is it not visit https://ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/ as per Help with Nintendo gaming bundles ?

it’s part of a bundle I have purchased via the app and trying to claim the add ons, I’ve attached the other message as I was meant to attach beforehand. Apologies

Did you manage to receive the correct response from the automated service when you text Nintendo to 150 again?

I've passed this on to our team to have a look further at the automated response you received.

Hi,

I’ve not managed to receive anything other than the automated prompts/services. No one at EE knows they keep thinking I’m trying to buy a Nintendo.

no unfortunately, no one had phoned me back from EE since my hour long conversation of no one understanding the situation.

Thanks for getting back to me @ILewis123.

I have spoke with our back office team who aren't aware of any on going issues that could be causing this.

I'd recommend giving us another call so our team can raise a ticket on your account.
