I upgraded on 6th august 2026,the promotional offers at that time was Samsung buds pro 4 for a £1...I still haven't received my text with code to claim this offer... numerous calls to ee to no avail and even told to phone Samsung which I know is wrong information...I upgraded to a Samsung flip 8 in pink...so I know I'm eligible...can you provide code for me to claim please?

Eligible customers will receive an SMS containing a voucher code between 14 and 30 days after you receive your handset. You have until 11 September 2026 to redeem this offer at ee.co.uk.

You'll need to speak to EE once your over 30 days without any text.
