I have recently purchased Samsung galaxy watch 9 on emi of £18 and I was offered a Samsung ear pod if I pay £1 extra every month which i didn't receive till Date. This offer was received on a telephonic call. When I called to that number they said I will receive an email within 3 day and to follow the instructions. Email is also not received. I received the call on 18th and the delivery on 19th. Please do the needful. Thank you

I am not able to wear the watch properly because the strap is too small in
length
