Cancelling TNT Sports with STOP SPORT ?

I signed up for TNT Sports by mistake because my partner thought they had the US Open Tennis (which is on Sky). I accept that I will have to pay for one month now, but don't want to pay for any more. I've tried sending STOP SPORT followed by YES a few times but it just says that I will receive a text when cancellation is complete, but several days later no such text has arrived. Meanwhile, my account page says that TNT Sports is due to "renew" on 13th September, and there is no indication that it has been cancelled. Is there a better way to cancel TNT Sports and to be confident that it has, in fact, been cancelled?

Hi Chris, Thanks for that, I'd already tried going to adds on in accounts but didn't see an obvious option there to remove it or a clear sign that it was already removed. In the end, I was able to confirm that it had been removed via AI and human chat, and got a free month of unlimited data for my troubles. So all fine in the end, although I don't think the process and confirmation is very clear on the EE side unless you actually get through to a human being with sight of the account.
