Query about re-ordering earphones

DPD lost the earphones I ordered, so now I have been issued a refund and advised to re-order.

When I placed the initial order I had a 20% off code so what I really want to know is who the hell do I speak to to ask if this code will be re-usable/replaced under the circumstances. At this point I'm just so frustrated at how obnoxious it is to find who I need to contact and how. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
