Upgraded plan, cant access add on

Hello. Yesterday i upgraded my sim only plan to Full Works & chosen Xbox game pass ultimate as my premium add on.

the new plan is showing in my account however i cant access the my add ons page just keeps saying “there seems to be a problem, please try again later”

i’ve had no text from 150 about activation, i have tried going through ee/xbox.com putting my number in but also comes back with an error.

anyone had this or know how to fix? Or does it simply take a while to all go through?
i am just concerned something hasn’t quite worked.

Can you please try sending a text with Pick to 150 and let us know what comes back?

if i txt pick to 150 i get

Looks like you've already picked your Inclusive Extra, to manage or swap your extra go to your add ons section of the EE app.

if i txt xbox to 150 i get

Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again a little later, or call 150 free from your EE phone if you've already tried twice.

If you haven't already can you please try using a different device or browser to head to ee.co.uk/xbox and see if this works?

From there, if you continue to struggle I'd recommend reaching out to our team and they can investigate things further from there .

Cheers. Sorted had to get tech team to remove and re-add to push it through.
