topic What is my tech add on? in Offers & Add-ons

Hoping someone can help me. I have mine, daughters and sons contract all billed together monthly. Last couple months it has gone up. So I’ve looked at each number and my son is being charged £11 for a tech add on. Yet when I go to his number and select add ons or subscriptions it says he doesn’t have any. I’ve not had any tech to be charged for. I have Apple TV subscription but that’s charged extra on my number. Any ideas what it could be?

Hi @Katie85m

Welcome to our community.

A “Tech Add‑On” usually means you’ve chosen to spread the cost of a tech product, like a device or accessory, by paying for it monthly alongside your plan.

If you’re unsure what yours relates to, get in touch we’ll help you track it down.

Lesley
