I bought a Samsung Fold 7 and the offer was £300 cashback and Galaxy buds for £1. I have sent the claim in with Samsung for the cashback but how do I get the Galaxy Buds?

Offer ended on 23rd June. I've never been with EE before so I thought once my claim for cashback went in to Samsung that I would find out about the earbuds.

@Twi5ted5oul Allowing for the cooling of period to be reached ( 14 days after you got the device ) the claim will be set in motion. You ordered on the 15th but when did you get it ? As 14 days have to passed first before the claim can be set in motion at Samsungs end. You then and I’m guessing at this but it’s usually up to 30 days after the claim has been accepted you get what’s offered.

The closing date is just when the promo ends ie you can’t make a claim after this date. This doesn’t affect you as you’ve claimed before this date. You could claim on the 25 and still be accepted for the offer.
