Unlimited full works plan, Google AI Pro - Youtube Premium Lite is missing

Hi,

I had Google AI Pro with my Unlimited FullWorks plan. Having this specific add-on as a perk was my main motivation to choose this mobile plan. Google updated its plans and included Youtube Premium Lite with AI Pro memberships. I was eagerly waiting for that to be added to my AI Pro benefits but I couldn't see that. When I checked this problem with Google, it says that due to the nature of my membership type (ie having it through my EE plan), some of my related AI Pro benefits may be limited. How will I be entitled to have full benefits of Google AI Pro membership through my EE mobile plan add-on? I think at this point many of your customers need your attention and support to be entitled full benefits from Google AI Pro as we expected at the beginning of our mobile plan. Youtube Premium Lite plan costs over £7 and this will be a winner addition to our EE Unlimited Full Works plan through our Google AI Pro memberships.

@quassymd Google up dated their plans when you have that subscription through Google it doesn’t mean you get the same benefits because you have this through EE. It wasn’t part on the tariff when you took it out. That’s not to say that EE might not add it at some point it just might not be added to your current tariff as it wasn’t part of it to begin with.

The Google Help Centre article on the offer can be found here.

It seems to state it should be provided automatically. It may be worth getting in touch with Google's support teams armed with the terms provided at the link to find out why they have not provided you with this.

Perhaps they don't class it as a "paid" subscription.
