EE Instagram advert links to WhatsApp - legit?

Hi, I clicked on an EE Instagram advert last night which looked legitimate and offers a £10 monthly sim for unlimited data and roaming for existing customers. The link opens WhatsApp an EE business account with the number +44 333 880 1511. There's an automatic greeting but the punctuation looks off:

Hi, ! Please let us know how we can help you.

Aimee from he EE Upgrade Team wants me to confirm I am an existing EE customer.

Is this legitimate. Is EE advertising such a deal on Instagram and should it open up a WhatsApp conversation from that number? Thank you.

You may need to open the page in the browser, but provided we get the link we can flag this directly with Meta.
