EE Perks not generating code

Has anyone ever managed to solve the “Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative” problem? I’m really stumped. Spoke to 150 who said they would try and get it sorted within a few days but that hasn’t happened.
