    <description>I have just joined EE on a Full Works plan SIM only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to add another SIM only plan for my wife. As of yet I am&lt;BR /&gt;unable to do this. I get the message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You're unable to add another product to your account at this time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have not yet paid my first bill. Would you know if this is normal and how&lt;BR /&gt;long it takes to be able to add another SIM only plan?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks in advance.</description>
