I previously requested a PAC code, but I wish to accept the retention offer you sent me for the £18 unlimited data SIM plan. Please help me activate this plan.

@Rohella This is a public forum. No one here can help you activate anything. You might find the offer you were given is not available now as you didn’t accept that offer when it was made. Offers tend to be take it or leave it.

You could try calling customer support but there’s no guarantee you’ll get that offered that again.
