I was offered the gift of watch and ear buds when I upgraded to Samsung S25 FE in October and was told I didn't need to do anything it would be delivered and I'm still waiting.

When will they arrive.

I cannot see that offer on our Gifts with mobile purchases help page. Was it possibly this Samsung offer? If so, claims need to be made on that website within 30 days of the purchase date.
