I'm not aware of any free gifts for an iPhone, and this does sound like a scam call.

So I can check for you, which number called you? Do you have an EE account at the moment?

Hi I told you that some EE person called me and told ne about my gift iphone16e and they send me on my address now they again told me its some other customers send by mistake to you they send me qr cod and told me that go to your nearest post office and send it back to us then we send you your gift apple ipad so what i do

In the absence of other information, it sounds potentially fraudulent. If they are asking you to return with a QR code, they may be trying to get you send this device to a different place so they can get their hands on it.

@Fat8 someone’s ordered a device in your name and now wants you to post it to them. This isnt EE. You need to EE customer support about this asap. You’ll be liable for the payment of this device if you’re not careful. EE don’t give any free iPhones to anyone as a gift.

You need to change your EE account password asap.

As @Leanne_T mentioned, we don't do any sort of free gift involving iPhones or iPads, so this definitely sounds like potential fraudulent activity.

Can you please let us know what number exactly called here, and whether you are an existing customer with us?

Thanks @Fat8, we don't conduct any form of sales or service over WhatsApp, so this has definitely been fraudulent.

Please do not correspond with them any further, and please do not send the equipment back to any address they may have told you of.

If you already have an EE online account, you can head over to our login page, and reset your password here via the 'forgotten password' option after inserting your email address.

I would also recommend contacting our customer care team right away, and they will be able to log the fraudulent transaction and also help arrange the correct return of the equipment.

@Fat8 If you contact our team on 150 from an EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from another provider, they will be able to log this as a Fraudulent transaction, and help you with any next steps too.

If there's anything in particular you're unsure about though, please feel free to ask and we'll do our best to help.

You will need to call to discuss the exact details with our team, though.

Sadly if they keep calling from different numbers there's not a way to physically stop this, but just remember to be really careful on who you share details with.

Yes I call to your team they told me if they send you something dont see it
back to them and don't receive there calls they send a parcel on my old
address but we didn't receive

@Fat8 When you say they sent something to your old address, do you mean us or the scammers?

Also are you referring to the supposed free gift, or the returns pack for sending this back to us?

If it's the returns pack, this can take a few days to come out, but if it's an old address still on your account this is something you would need to call us to update.
