I'm disappointed to hear that you're having some trouble generating a new Perk code currently, and I'll do my best to help out.

Are you able to log in successfully but receive an error when trying to get a new code?
If you do see an error message, what is it?
Or are you having trouble logging into your Perk account?

I can log into my Ee perks account no problem but when I try to generate a new code it says “Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time”

I can log in my EE perks. But can’t get a new code. Tried logging in on a different device still the same issue. It comes up with unable to retrieve code at the current time. If the problem persists please contact your EE perks representative.

I am experiencing the same issue with my EE perks account. I have tried on different devices but keep getting the error unable to retrieve a code at this current time. Would you be able yo help resolve?
