&lt;P&gt;Was your Netflix set up on your contract before you upgraded?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If yes, was this also as an Inclusive Extra?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you log in to your EE account does it show your new upgraded plan and that Netflix is selected as your Inclusive Extra?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So we can help further, what was advised on your call to Customer Care?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have just tried using my Netflix and I got kicked out as it says I don't have an account, yet it is part of my new phone contract, tried going through the EE website, they sent me a PIN , I entered it and they say its wrong !!!!, tried 150 and as much use as a chocolate fire guard&lt;/P&gt;</description>
