I have upgraded my contract and also have a second contract I have come to cancel the first contract an been told even though it ended months ago I can’t cancel it unless I pay the charge for the tech add on which was a Nintendo switch that was apparently free as part of the deal, but what they neglected to mention was that they were charging a £15 add on fee per month for 36 months for the NS which means I pretty much paid for it as a the add on fee wasn’t for any subscription, however the £15 is for 36 months meaning I have to pay £180 to end it early as they won’t move it to my other contract or continue paying for a phone I have already paid off! The second contract I took out in between this came with a free watch which I am paying £20 a month to be able to make calls through, I didn’t ask for the watch contract either and wasn’t made aware of it until it appeared on my bill! When are EE going to stop scamming people and act like a genuine company and why are they still getting away with it????

We’ve since worked out that the Nintendo was on a 24 month contract but it was attached to the oldest contact on my account not the one it was taken out with, it should have been attached to my daughters contact that ends at the same time as the add on so another scam to make me keep my contracts longer!

There seems to be some discrepancy between 24 & 36 month terms in your description, but surely it's immaterial which line it's attached to - providing the minimum/repayment term has been served?

I don't have any direct experience of "add-to-bill", but would expect each bill to show which line a particular add-on is attached to - providing opportunity to query any discrepancies.
