Nothing Phone 3 Free Gift

I ordered my nothing phone 3 on July 31st 2025 but did not receive my phone until the 13th after phoning EE twice and I ave been trying to redeem my free headphones for over 2 weeks now with no success.

Every time I input the purchase date, retailer and IMEI number, it tells me that the code cannot be found.

I have used the support function on the redeem website to enquire but have heard nothing back for over a week now.

Is anybody else having this problem?
