EE GameCard bundle not received

I bought a new AMD graphics card that comes with £150 EE Game card, but i have not received any text message with the code or anything. I need help with getting it.

How long ago did you receive the order?

If this was more than 2 working days, can you try texting EE GameCard to 150 and let me know if this works for you?

I did that and it did not do anything

I spoke to customer service and they said it will take 14 days after purchase to receive the EE game card. It's 14 days because you can send it back within those 14 days and they don't want people using the code then returning the bundle apparently.

No, I have still not received anything. I sent the emails to the people I was told to, but I've still not had them. Something has definitely gone wrong with the order. My money had been taken but I still have nothing.

I will ringing EE because live chat or anything else can't not seem to help me at all, speaking on the phone seems to be my only option left. Extremely disappointed.
