EE must stop involving third parties to supply offers as it takes a month to get a free tablet you might as well get a deal in store and confusion as they always can never find your order even with a receipt proving purchase ..... I just gave up. Will not do that again.

@Kasual : It's the 3rd-parties, like Samsung, who make these offers & involve all retailers in it.

A month's wait is not unreasonable considering you might cancel the order in the 1st place within the cooling-off period & send back the device that attracted the offer.

I've come across a few promotional offers who have inbuilt 21day delays precisely for this reason.

It seems like the complaint here lies with the third parties offering the promotions, but that the frontline network operators are potentially an easier target.

@Kasual But the offer is from the 3rd party not EE. How does EE charge for a tablet when it’s not EE making that offer in the first place.
