Hi All

I'm hoping someone can suggest a quick fix for this, because the only option I have will be a royal pain I'm sure.

I have an Apple account already and had a few subscriptions for Cloud and TV+ etc

I recently moved across to EE partly because I could get Apple One bundled with my account and that;s been activated on my phone. The problem is I didn't use my Apple address to sign up for EE, so my Apple account doesn;t show the activation for Apple One and all my services have stopped.

I'm assuming it's going to need more than just changing my EE login email to the same as my Apple address ?

Hi @DonVulpes

Welcome to the Community.

Your Apple One subscription should be linked to your Apple ID details rather than your online EE ID information.

If your services have stopped and you're now unable to see this, I would suggest contacting our team first. They will be able to check your account and make sure your subscription is set up as expected.

If everything on our side looks correct, then the team will more than likely direct you to speak to Official Apple Support, and they'll be able to give you the best guidance.

Linzi
