Minute One Screen Protector

I recently got a new handset as part of an upgrade with EE. I was really pleased to find that it included the Minute One Case and Screen Protector - a great touch by EE. However, one corner of my screen protector has come loose and there's an air bubble under there. After less than 2 weeks use, I would have expected that this wouldn't have happened.

I'm reluctant to remove the protector as I fear this may cause further air and possibly dust to get under the screen protector. I appreciate these are included as a free item with a new handset but is there any exchange procedure available for these so I can ensure my new handset is protected as much as possible.

@Jacopo I presume you installed this on your device ? You can purchase a screen protector from eBay/Amazon. A free gift is just that and it doesn’t mean you’ll get a replacement just because the installation might be at fault for the issue you have now other wise there will be people claiming for replacement protectors.

U can buy screen protectors cheap and are easy to apply my new handset is the first one i had one provided with it
