Nothing Phone 3 free gift

Hi I hope you are all doing well!

I pre-ordered the Nothing Phone 3 sim free phone with EE earlier in the month and it has arrived and all is great!

However when I purchased the phone it said that I was also entitled to Nothing wireless buds. I've waited 14 days (my cooling off period) to claim them but it's not on the website anymore and I can only find the redeem for Nothing phone 3a and the wireless buds and Nothing Phone 3 and Headset 1, which I am not eligible for.

Is anyone able to assist please?

I cannot see any reference to a preorder offer on SIM Free sales of the Nothing Phone 3 however, as the headphones offer stipulates you must be a Pay Monthly customer purchasing the device on a plan in the terms.

Hi Katie I haven't, no. It seems like the earbuds seem to be for the 3a and the 3a pro and the headset 1 is for the nothing phone 1 with a data deal. I bought it SIM free.

But as my screenshot shows above the website suggested that I would also get free earbuds with a SIM free phone

Does the free buds offer show on your confirmation email?

I have checked the Nothing Phone 3 on the EE website but can't see the offer showing.

I didn't really get a confirmation. I got a welcome to EE finance and then your EE order is on its way

On the link @Katie_B sent above, there is an offer for the headphone as a gift which the terms do state would cover your order window. You aren't able to start the claim for that until the 3rd of August though. Are you able to give that a try in a couple of days?
