Friends and family discount code

HI, I'm at a stage where I can upgrade for free. I have chosen a phone and contract, I also have a discount code. the code when I enter it does not work, once entered there's a moment where the page updates but nothing. I have tried also a 20% code from my Student app. same thing. I have made sure I have not chosen an already discounted contract and have a flexi pay option. I went in to the shop and showed them. they told any issues would be resolved today. today still nothing working. any help?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having completing your upgrade.

I'd recommend reaching out to our team, and they will be able to take a look into your options for completing your upgrade with your Perk discount, and explaining what is happening when you try and upgrade online.
