&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already, can you please double check your texts to see if you received an Apple One activation link when you originally selected the Inclusive Extra?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, you may be able to activate this in your phone's settings by selecting Settings &amp;gt; Apple ID (your name at the top of settings) &amp;gt; Subscriptions &amp;gt; EE Plan Benefits.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend checking Settings&amp;gt; Apps&amp;gt; Phone&amp;gt; My Number to make sure this is correct, as it does identify the number to activate the subscription from here.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just a bought a new sim and I got apple one as an inclusive extra. On my account it says it’s active but I can’t use the services. Anyone have any idea how to activate this on my phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
