Full Works Inclusive Extra Problems

I’ve previously used EE All Rounder, which provided me with Google Premium( 2TB Storage), and now I’m upgrading my plan to EE Full Works, which includes Google AI Pro subscription, available.

At the time I upgraded my plan, my previous Google Premium subscription deactivated immediately, and I re-activated it after that.

But still, I cannot use all the AI Pro features and can only use the Google Premium features as they used to be.

I’ve contacted both EE and Google and been kicked like a ball; it seems no one could solve the issue.

Anyone could help me with that, please?

When you check your EE online account, does it show you have Google AI Pro selected as your inclusive extra?

Using your mobile phone, and while connected to Mobile Data (i.e. WIFI switched off), can you visit the activation page?

Once you click on Activate you will be taken to the Google site to complete the activation process.

Yes I activated through that page and it’s still Google Premium instead of AI Pro

They helped me to re-activated the services which does not have any effect at all.

Right now I'm contacting with Google and I do not know whether or not they could help me to figure it out.
