i pre ordered a nothing phone 3 on the 4th july 2025 in store and the pre ordered came with the nothing overhead overphones and i was told because they were going to be a gift due to pre ordering that i would receive them when i got the phone which this wasnt the case and im wondering how i can claim them as i didnt really get any info on how to claim them

You're able to submit a claim for the Nothing Headphone (1) on the claim page.

Claims must be submitted between thirty and sixty days after the date of purchase.
