S25 upgrade with watch 7 and tablet offer

I recently got my phone lines upgraded and saw a really good deal. It's was the Samsung s25 with watch 7 and tablet. Ive waited nearly a month for the extras but still haven't had anything. How do I claim my products which I had free with my phone. Been told by 150 that I have to wait for a text or email. Neither have come. When I look for this deal I can't find it anywhere. Just seems strange that;

1. It takes so long for a text or email to come to get the items.

2. When speaking with a guide they can't give you anymore Information except wait after 14 days cooling off period.

3. With all this technology why do things have to be so difficult.

If anyone has any information or help with this then that would be great.

That's for the tablet but what about the galaxy watch 7 that was also in the bundle. I have now sent off for the tablet and have to wait for a response. Is it worth ringing 150 to find out about the watch?

@Mrg1986 ?? I thought the free gift/s were from Samsung. EE only provides the promotion from the vendor.

Hi Chris,

Yes when I purchased the phone it was a bundle for the tablet and galaxy watch 7. But when I went onto Samsung it only shows the tablet as the offer. So does that mean I was sold something wrong or have missed it? When I did ask 150 a couple of weeks ago they said I had to wait for an email or text message but I haven't received anything. Only found out that from the community that I need to claim off samsung website.

When did you place your order for your S25?

There was another offer to claim a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 from Samsung for purchases made from 16th April to 20th May.

The offer had to be claimed within 30 days of purchase with the last day for claiming the watch being 19th June, meaning the claim form is now closed.
