Cancelling free Apple TV subscription

Hi, I have Apple TV+ for free for 3 months. I can’t change my country/region on my phone until this is cancelled. Apple have tried to cancel but told me I need to do it via ee. Can anyone help with doing this?

Have you tried to cancel the Apple TV subscription within the EE app or by logging in through the EE website?

If that isn't letting you cancel, or you don't see the add-on within your available add-ons, you can call our customer service guides, who can help to remove it from your account.

Yes tried to access it via my ee but it’s not showing on my subscription or offers so quite confused

If it isn't showing for you @BenLowe9, the best option is to give our customer service guides a call, and they can get it taken off the account for you.
