Apple one not showing with full works plan

I have a full works plan that was upgraded in April 2025. Currently I have no inclusive extra chosen as I already have Netflix through BT. Apple One doesn’t show as an option for me to choose and I can’t work out why?

There are 2 different types of Full Works mobile plan: the regular Full Works plan and the Full Works for iPhone plan. The difference between these is the available Inclusive Extra options.

The regular Full Works plan has the choice of one of: Netflix Premium, TNT Sports, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Google AI Pro.

The Full Works for iPhone plan has the choice of Apple One or TNT Sports.

If you believe you are on the wrong plan for your needs, you can call EE Customer Services on 150 to see if they can get this switched for you.
