      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a student and EE had reduced its prices meaning student discount wasn't useable - fine, so I ordered a sim. Now student beans have sent me a deal/offer with EE tat would save me £3 a month (and give me Netflix or google). I have just received the sim in the post but obviously want to change the plan id be on, do I need to return the sim or can I call EE and they can just change the plan? My current mobile won't allow me to call EE 0800 number and I can't use 150 so not sure what options I have...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your help...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How did you purchase your Sim only? And when did you place the order?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you purchased it online or over the phone, you will have 14 days to cancel. If it was purchased in a retail store there is no 14 day cancellation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
