Hi im just upgraded my phone to galaxy s 25 ultra and its says claim free galaxy tab A9+ but they give my new tablet Honor pad x8a with contract 10£ every month,why is that?

You can claim the free Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Plus from Samsung directly by completing the form on the claim page.

Did you get the Honor tablet in one of our stores or was it over the phone?

The stores don't have return option for contracts taken with them, so it is not possible to just cancel the Honor tablet.

If you feel like you have been mis-sold this, you can go back to the store to discuss the options with them.
