NHS Perk account deactivated

Hi!

I have tried endlessly to logon to my NHS Perk account but it comes up with 'Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame'... it does not give any option to resolve this, i haven't actually used the perk yet but i would really like to upgrade my phone and stay with EE with the best possible deal.

Hi there. I have a similar issue. Spoke to someone yesterday afternoon in customer services and was told I'd hear back within 24 hours about the issue but no contact by phone or email from anyone.
