Cannot cancel 250ROW add on

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of adding the 250ROW add-on to their plan – they say you can cancel anytime, but that’s not true. I added it and now I can’t remove it at all. Tried following all the advice on their website and in the texts they sent, but when I log into my account it says This add-on cannot be removed.

Feels like a sneaky way to lock people in and keep charging them. Super frustrating and misleading. If anyone’s had success cancelling it, let me know – otherwise, just be careful before signing up!, steer clear from EE for future contracts

Is this the 250 minutes for calling internationally from the UK add-on you have? Those are 30 day rolling add-ons so you should be able to remove them, have you had them for the 30 days already?

If you do wish to remove the add-on and are not able to online at the moment, if you contact us one of our guides can help remove it for you.
