Or have you changed plan at any point? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What makes you think you no longer have access to the inclusive extras, did you receive some kind of communication regarding this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you login to the EE app click Manage then Mobile add-ons, what does it say under Your Inclusive Extras? Or if you text PICK to 150 what does it report?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don’t know how to start a topic but I had Xbox live ultimate, TNT sports and Netflix all together as part of a sim only. My contract ended October last year but I’ve rolled it over. Now they’ve taken 2 of 3 perks away from me without telling me and now I have to choose one of the 3 when I use all 3. This is very frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
