Hi,

I've recently just joined EE and have received my device. On the order email it also says that there should be a Free Minute One for Samsung Fold6. I had to look it up to find out that this was a case and a screen protector. There was nothing else in the box when it arrived. Am I right in assuming it will arrive separately? If so, does anyone know how long after I receive my device it will take to arrive?

The Minute One bundle should be sent out with your phone, but occasionally this can be sold out.

If you get in touch with our customer care team they can get this double checked for you, and if needs be we can get this re-ordered and sent out.
