Full Works, not giving Apple one option in list?

Hi, I have the EE full works plan, I’m not getting the option to have apple one, only Apple Music, or two pointless other options? Please help.

Thanks for coming to the community.

What are the other options that you are seeing when you go to select your inclusive extras?

If you load the EE app, and select Manage followed by Mobile & SIMs, does it show that you have a Full Works iPhone plan?

I suspect that will be because you're on the non iphone version

Usually the iPhone plan has it in the name to identify it. I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150 so they can change this for you.

You were correct, thank you, just spoken to someone at EE, it’s only on the iPhone version, but found out if I change, I won’t have the TNT sports version, and it wouldn’t be a option to change back, so I left it 😪.
