Google One premium add-on not deactivated on account closure

Hello,

I used to have a SIM only plan which included the Google One add-on and was activated successfully late March this year. This being said, the Google One plan is still showing as active in my Google Account. I'm unable to cancel it here, as it says the plan is managed by EE. EE says it's been removed their end. Are there any other suggestions for what I could try?

I’ve read that it might take some time to de-activate but it’s been 2 months already.
