Netflix add on full works plan

I have the full works plan and have chosen netflix as my added extra and had no adverts for the past 18 months on the basic package. Adverts are now appearing. I have checked the EE website and it appears this has changed and the base package now includes adverts however it states in the full works plan it includes premium. So should I be getting netflix premium without adverts now on my full works plan?

Or would I need to upgrade and what's the cost without adverts or premium. I can't see any option to upgrade on my account!

If your Full Works plan started before 29th August 2024, you have a different set of Inclusive Extras to those who have taken plans on or after this date when the tariffs were refreshed.

I believe this originally would have had Netflix Basic, but when this was withdrawn by Netflix it would have changed to Standard with Ads. I don't believe Inclusive Extras can be upgraded to higher tiers by paying the difference.

Full Works plans taken on or after 29th August 2024 now only have one Inclusive Extra option, but these are generally higher value with options such as Netflix Premium (worth £18pm) and the plans include EU + ROW Zone 1 roaming without needing to use an Inclusive Extra for it.
