      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi EE Support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered my Zflip 6 back in July last year and qualified for the promo free Buds3 Pro. I've still not received anything. I commented on another thread in November and ignored, so here is my own thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone look into this and get back to me? I could really do with a new pair of earphones. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can see there was a delay of around 45 days for the Buds last year, however, these orders should have all now been fulfilled. It is unlikely you would be able to claim these now, but you would need to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;speak with our team&lt;/A&gt; to be able to do so.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rach,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick reply. You'll know that these Buds were an automatic send, not something that needed to be claimed, so suggesting that I'm "unlikely" to succeed in claiming is incorrect and somewhat incendiary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the backlog is cleared, please can you arrange for someone to send the Buds to my home? I've not moved address since buying the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not very happy with this dismissive reply, your colleagues keep phoning me to thank me for my long custom with you and to offer me more services, but right now all I really want is what I was originally promised with my device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
