Hi , I'm needing my Perks account reactivated , I set it up a couple of years ago & it never allowed my to access it so I gave up. Looking to switch providers now & would like the benefit of my Perks discount.

Anyone help please?

I also need to have my perks account activated as I cannot log in or unable to generate through my nhs email.
