Manage subscriptions is blank

Hello

I am.subscribed to TNT sports on my phone bill.

I've a few SIMS and I've checked I'm accessing the right one both online and within the app.

The problem is I can't see my subscription to actually manage, it's simply blank and wants me to take on other ones.

Is this a known glitch?

Hi @RedS1lence,

Where exactly is it you are checking for the TNT Sports add-on? If you have it added to your mobile plan it should show up in the mobile add-ons section. So Manage> Mobile add-ons in app and Manage> Plans and Subscriptions> Manage Mobile>Add-ons.

There is a separate Manage subscriptions section on the app and website in the same place, I am not sure if that may be causing some confusion. But this is separate from adding a subscription like TNT Sports to your mobile bill as an add-on. These are subscriptions you can take through us without having a mobile and are just paid by card rather than on your bill.

Yes I'm in the manage apps section and my subscription is not there.

I do indeed have TNT as an add on to my monthly mobile bill.

The support operative I chatted to yesterday could see it at his end, therefore thought it must be some sort of glitch.

I wondered if anyone else can "see" their subscriptions within the app at present.

@RedS1lence Just to confirm it is in the mobile add-ons section you are checking? As TNT Sports wont show under the subscriptions section. Any services you pay for on your mobile bill would be classed as a mobile add-on rather than a subscription.

If it is the mobile add-ons section, does it list other mobile add-ons you have active and is just missing TNT Sports? Checking my own app the TNT Sports and my other add-ons are showing up there for me.
