topic microsoft 365 add on in Offers & Add-ons

Hi, So I selected Microsoft 365 as an add-on to my contract back in October 2022. The contract has now ended (September 2024) and I have left EE. I have just purchased a new laptop which includes a 1year subscription to Microsoft 365 but it keeps saying I still have an active subscription purchased through EE. Because I have left EE, I have no access to anything when I log in, so can't manage the subscription. I want to cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription I had with EE so I can activate the new one on my laptop. Can anyone help please?
