Hiya I am trying to login to my nhs perks but it won't let me , I have tried to reset my password but havnt received the email I have tried both my personal account and nhs account, could anybody help please

Hiya i am u able to login into my nhs perks account and it will not let me reset my password thr email doesn't come through to my personal account or my work account, anybody able to help?
