    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you added a new SIM&lt;/STRONG&gt; on to your account, you now will have 2 SIMs you will have to pay for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should have went through the &lt;STRONG&gt;Upgrade&lt;/STRONG&gt; process on the same SIM and selected one of the offers there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you were getting a cheaper price adding it to your account, this is because of a Multi-line discount for having multiple SIMs on the same account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need to call Customer Services on 150 if this is what has happened and is not what you meant to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my sim only contract to the 80gb but I then decided that I wanted to go to the unlimited option of the sim only contract but I just added it on to my up grade account how do I make sure that I get the sim deal I want?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
